The problem
A lead messages at 9 pm. Your team sees it the next morning. By then they have spoken to someone else.
Answering fast means someone watching WhatsApp all day, copying details into a sheet, and remembering to follow up on day three. Nobody does that reliably.
What you get
- New leads from your portals, website form, Meta lead forms or click-to-WhatsApp ads get a WhatsApp reply within 60 seconds, in English or Arabic, from templates you approve.
- Three or four qualifying questions (budget, area, timeline, buy or rent), written to your CRM or a Google Sheet.
- The lead is assigned to an agent, who gets a WhatsApp ping with a short summary.
- Follow-ups at 24 hours, 3 days and 7 days, plus viewing reminders.
- A simple dashboard and a weekly summary: response time, qualified leads, viewings booked, handoffs.
- Anything outside your templates, such as price or availability, goes to a human. The system never negotiates for you.
- Opt-out keyword, quiet hours, and a per-client off switch.
Not included

Questions
Is this a chatbot that talks to my customers on its own?
No. It replies from templates you approve and asks a few fixed questions. One small AI step reads the message to work out what the person wants and which language they wrote in. Anything it is unsure about goes straight to a person on your team.
Who owns the WhatsApp account and the data?
You do. The WhatsApp Business account sits in your Meta Business portfolio; I am added as a partner. Lead data goes to your CRM or sheet. Only a first name and the enquiry text are ever sent to the AI model.
Do we need to change our CRM?
No. It writes to the CRM you have, or to a Google Sheet if you don't have one.
What does it cost to run?
Meta charges per message, by your customer's country. Those costs are passed through to you at cost, with a monthly statement. The AI step costs very little at this volume.
What happens after go-live?
You can run it yourself, or take the care plan: I watch it, keep templates approved, send a monthly report and make one improvement each month. Cancel with 30 days' notice.
Tell me what happens today.
A few lines is enough. I reply within 24 hours, and if it isn’t worth building, I’ll say so.
