Every small judgment burned frontier-model tokens.Automations usually stop when the person who runs them goes home. I run a server that handles messages, notes and routine decisions around the clock, and keeps a record of what it did.It keeps what it hears. Three machines, every fifteen minutes.

Donation boxes and school aid on patchy mobile data
Presenting symptom. Data dying in transit. Field entries with nowhere to go when the signal dropped, and quantity cells Excel had quietly turned into negative numbers.Field staff lost work whenever the signal dropped, and a spreadsheet was quietly corrupting five years of records. An app that works offline and catches up when the signal returns, and an importer that recovered 10,161 units the spreadsheet had broken.The smaller number is the true one.

Clipboard and file sync with no cloud
Presenting symptom. Every clipboard-sync tool either routes your clipboard through a vendor's cloud or assumes you live inside one vendor's ecosystem.Sending a file from your laptop to your phone usually goes through a company's cloud. Shunkan sends it directly over your own Wi-Fi. Nothing leaves the building.瞬間 — an instant. Nothing leaves the room.
