WhatsApp bill audit & fix
A free 24-hour audit of your WhatsApp Business bill, then a fixed-price fix: cleaner template categories, a move to Meta's own Cloud API, or order-confirmation and reminder automation.
For: Stores, clinics and schools sending WhatsApp messages through a reseller such as WATI, Interakt or Twilio, especially in the Gulf and UK.
from $150fixed price · 3–7 days
The problem
Most businesses on the WhatsApp Business API pay a reseller: a monthly platform fee, often a markup on every message, and sometimes a higher rate because order updates were filed as marketing.
From 1 October 2026 Meta also charges for replies inside the 24-hour customer window beyond 1,000 free per number per month, and for utility templates sent inside that window. Bills go up.
What you get
- Free audit: send your last invoice or monthly message counts. Within 24 hours you get what you would pay Meta directly, and a straight answer on whether changing anything is worth it.
- Template cleanup: order updates, receipts and reminders split from promotions, so each is filed under the right category.
- Migration: your number moved to Meta's Cloud API, webhooks rebuilt, 3–5 utility templates, a planned cut-over, and 7 days of support.
- Automation: cash-on-delivery order confirmation, address checks and order status, or booking reminders.
Not included
Making promotional messages pass as utility. Meta audits categories, and getting it wrong can restrict your whole account. · Sending to contacts who have not opted in · General-purpose AI chat assistants (not allowed under WhatsApp's business terms)

Case note
At a US-registered multinational nonprofit's Pakistan office I moved WhatsApp receipts off a reseller to Meta's own API and fixed their template category: PKR 15 → PKR 2.9 per message at the September 2026 rate. Meta's Pakistan rate rises to about PKR 4.2 from October, so the same move today saves roughly 70%, not 80%.

Questions
Will this definitely save me money?
Not always. If your team uses the reseller's shared inbox every day, or you pay $10–20 a month for a Shopify app, moving usually isn't worth it. The free audit tells you which side you are on before you spend anything.
Will we lose our number, templates or contacts?
Your number moves with you. Template history and contact lists do not carry over from a reseller, so templates are re-submitted and the cut-over is planned for a quiet window.
Who owns the account afterwards?
You do. The WhatsApp Business account sits in your Meta Business portfolio and I am added as a partner. You must be able to show your contacts opted in.
Can you guarantee Meta approves our templates as utility?
No one can. I write transactional templates the way Meta's rules describe them and keep promotions separate. Meta makes the final call.
We have no team inbox after migrating. Now what?
If you need one, I set up a replacement as part of the migration; that is the upper end of the price range.
